Disrupt

Disrupt is a two-act interactive play where users exert partial control over my avatar as I go through my daily mundane tasks. Through taking away the agency, the avatar become more distracted.

Act I focuses on controlling different parts of my avatar with the use of mouse. The body parts submissively moves toward the direction where the user intend it to be. Act II provides just as many controls with mobile devices. Users tap screen to take photos, shake phone to tremble the surroundings. The avatar, after disrupted, returns to its original state.
